By completing the form, you are agreeing to your personal details being stored securely in our church database called CHURCH SUITE.

ChurchSuite is an App that helps you stay connected and involved in the life of our churches. It’s free to download from your app store and can be used on your smartphone, tablet or through a web browser on your computer.

Once you’ve joined ChurchSuite, you can keep your personal contact details up to date, including details for any of your children, and stay informed about what’s happening across the church.

Your information is kept secure and is never shared with third parties. You are always in control of your information and can choose what details you are happy to share with others and what you would prefer to keep private.

At The St J’s Group, we use ChurchSuite to:

Manage church events and activities
Organise serving rotas across our churches and send helpful automatic reminders when you’re due to serve
Make it easy to let us know when you’re unavailable
Provide a church address book so you can keep in touch with others in the church family

You can view our calendar via the ChurchSuite app or through the ChurchSuite website, or on our website.

ChurchSuite is a simple way to stay connected, informed and involved in church life.

Once you have submitted the form, I will send you a LOG IN email where you can log in and gain access to Church Suite for church members details, rotas and events.

When you log in to ChurchSuite you will need to:

Select a church. Type 'St. J’s Group' into the search bar and our name should pop up.

Click on our name to access your account.

Enter your full e-mail address and password to log in.

Make sure that the drop down bar is showing MyChurchSuite.
