Reports from Wellow

  • St Julian’s at Wellow enjoyed a full and varied program in 2022. Regular worship numbers remain stable and the All Age Worship Service continues to flourish, seemingly enjoyed by both the young and older members of our Church.

The team led and encouraged by our Curate Shaula is growing in confidence each month and is such a happy gathering.

Both special services , The Queens Platinum Jubilee and 650 years of St Julian’s were well attended and enjoyed by many.

This year, 2023 , we have at least 7 weddings to look forward to and of course the Coronation of our new King.

We continue the process of trying to get Toilet and Kitchen facilities in the Church. it is slow progress but we battle on.

A church survey distributed to every house in Wellow revealed some interesting thoughts and all are invited along to the Church for tea on Feb 26th to discuss these.

The Friends continue to support the Church with regular events which we are most gratefull for.

St Julian’s has a strong team of worshippers and village people who enable our Church to function for everyone,we thank you all for your valued support .
